      From spring into winter, Novi Sad keeps its calendar lively in a very “local-but-cosmopolitan” way: April brings elegant concert nights with NOMUS (Novi Sad Music Festivities), while late May is theatre season with Sterijino Pozorje, one of Serbia’s flagship stage events. In June, the city turns playful and family-friendly with Zmajeve dečje igre (Zmaj Children’s Games), and in December it returns with cosy, creative “Zmaj Days” programmes as the festive lights go up downtown.
